The first thing you should know about our company is that we are a 100% foreign owned. Our Australian and American founders have been living in Tokyo for more than 15 years each and have a wealth of Japanese real estate and business experience. Most of our clients are foreign investors coming from outside Japan, and being foreign owned, we speak your language. We cut out a lot of the red tape involved in dealing with a typical Japanese agent, not only through language but culturally, and we know this is precious. Our business is all about your peace of mind. This is what makes our company different and provides us with a competitive edge on our Japanese counterparts. At BB we simply look at things differently.
Property Management
Our Property Management Service policy is not limited to “managing” the owner’s valuable assets, but also to increasing the rental returns. From a single busy city apartment to quiet housing areas or the management of an entire building complex in the center of Tokyo, we are providing excellent results and revenue returns for our clients. We are proud of these results. We not only provide property management services but through our business network we can also market our properties and find the tenants for foreign investors.
Our Sub-Lease System
Big Brother KK (BB) also offers another great service for its foreign investors: Sub-leasing- providing consistent returns. BB signs a lease contract direct with the owner. From the owner’s standpoint, BB becomes the lessee, so the owner does not have to worry about paperwork, finding tenants, or ending lease contracts. Under this system, we lease the entire property from the owner at a slightly discounted rent, and then we become the leasing party when we make contracts with each individual tenant. So, if there is any trouble with a tenant, non-payment of rent, BB deals with the problem as the leasing party.
